Kate
I am a Ukrainian woman living in England, where I have built a new life over the past four years. I am a proud mother of two children. I believe that life is about continuing to grow, learn and embrace new opportunities. I have a Master’s degree in Land Management. When I first arrived in the UK, I worked for two years as a Teaching Assistant in a private nursery, mainly in the babies’ room. I genuinely love children, and it was a job that brought me a lot of joy and valuable experience. Later, I decided to change my career because I wanted to challenge myself, achieve more professionally and make greater use of my education and skills. Today, I work in the property and land sector as a Rural Assistant. Changing careers was a big step, but it reminded me that I am capable of more than I sometimes think. One of the things that defines me is my “I can do it” attitude. I am positive, determined and not afraid to step outside my comfort zone. Life has taught me resilience, and I always try to focus on solutions rather than problems. Outside of work, I like to stay active and curious. I enjoy swimming, cycling, travelling, reading and exploring new places. I have a National Trust membership and have visited many beautiful historic houses, gardens and countryside locations across Suffolk and Norfolk. I love nature, fresh air and discovering hidden gems. I also enjoy gardening. There is always some seasonal greenery growing in my garden, and every summer I make sure there are tomatoes too. Watching something grow from a tiny seed into something beautiful and useful is surprisingly satisfying. This May, I completed a hiking half marathon for Macmillian Cancer Support with my friend, walking from Cromer to Blakeney along the stunning Norfolk coast. Experiences like that make me feel alive and remind me how much I enjoy being outdoors. Community is important to me. Together with a friend, I co-founded a Ukrainian Hub in our local area to support Ukrainian families and bring people together. One of our projects is a Ukrainian Saturday School for children. I am proud to be part of something that helps preserve our culture and creates opportunities for the next generation. I am someone who values quality over quantity in friendships. Many of my closest friends remain in Ukraine, but I have been lucky enough to make a few wonderful friends here in England as well. I appreciate genuine connections, meaningful conversations and people who are kind, honest and supportive.
I am looking for a confident, emotionally mature man who is ready for a serious relationship based on trust, respect and partnership. Someone with a good heart, a sense of humour and a positive outlook on life. I believe the best relationships are built when two people support each other’s dreams, share life’s adventures and make even ordinary days special.
